How to Add a Form to a Website Page
Steps
Step 1: Create the form (if needed)
- Go to Products & Services > Forms
- Click Create Form, add fields, and save
Step 2: Add the form to a page
- Go to Website + App > Site Editor and open the page
- Add a Form or Lead Form block where you want it to appear
- In the block settings, select your form and configure display options (button text, success message, styling)
- Save and Publish
Form submissions are saved in Zipper and viewable in the Forms section. If you’ve set up automations, they can trigger on submission.
Troubleshooting
Form not showing. Confirm you published the site after adding the block, and that the block has a form selected.
Submissions not appearing. Verify the form is connected in the block settings, then check the Forms section for recent submissions.
