How to Add CMS Content
Before You Begin
- Ensure you have owner or admin permissions
Steps
Step 1: Navigate to CMS
- Go to Website + App > Site Editor
- Select the content type you want to create: Services, Staff, Success Stories, Service Categories, or a custom type
Step 2: Create a new entry
- Click Add (or Add Service, Add Staff, etc. depending on the content type)
- Fill in the required fields:
- Services: Name, description, category, images
- Staff: Name, title, bio, photo
- Success Stories: Title, content, images, customer info
- (Optional) Use Generate with AI to draft content, then review and edit
- Click Save
Troubleshooting
CMS option isn’t visible. Confirm you have permission to manage CMS and that the feature is enabled for your organization.
Content isn’t appearing on the site. Confirm the content is saved and the site has been published after adding it.
