How Customers Cancel a Booking

Members can cancel their own class or appointment bookings from their Zipper account — no need to call the studio.

Steps

Step 1: Go to My calendar

  • Log in to your studio’s customer site, then open My calendar from the sidebar and stay on the Active Bookings tab.

Step 2: Cancel the booking

  • Under Active Bookings, click the class or appointment you want to cancel, then choose Cancel.
  • Review the cancellation policy shown (free cancellation window, late cancel fee, etc.), then click Cancel booking / Confirm cancellation.

What Happens After You Cancel

  • Within the free cancellation window: Booking Credit returned; no charge.
  • After the window closes (late cancel): A late cancel fee may apply and your credit may not be returned — the studio sets this policy.
  • On the waitlist: You can leave at any time; your Booking Credit is always returned.

Appointment cancellation policies may differ from class policies.

Troubleshooting

No cancel option on the booking? The studio may have disabled self-service cancellation or the window has passed — contact your studio directly.

Canceled but credit wasn’t returned? Credits are only returned within the allowed window. Contact your studio to manually restore a credit if there was an error.
