Do I need additional hardware for kiosk mode?
You will need a device to check-in, whether it be a tablet, computer, or phone. Our kiosk works with any device.
Are there security issues with a kiosk?
We take our customer data extremely seriously. When checking in or registering from the Kiosk, Zipper only shows their first name, last initial, and their email that is partially hidden. For example C*****S@joinzipper.com. We also don’t allow any purchasing through the kiosk to ensure payment details are safe.
