We’re excited to share what’s new. Here’s a look at recent updates designed to save you time, reduce friction for your customers, and give your business more flexibility.
Guest Passes on Memberships
Members can now bring a guest — right from their membership. Rather than requiring guests to purchase separately, you can configure your memberships to include guest passes that members can use when they book. It’s a great way to reward loyal members and bring new people through your door to increase revenue.
Multi-Credit Memberships
Memberships can now include multiple credit types within a single plan. Bundle appointment credits and class credits together — for example, 3 massage credits and 10 class credits per month — all under one membership. Each credit type is scoped to the right service, so there’s no confusion about what can be booked with what.
Book Ahead with Membership Credits
Members with recurring memberships can now use their upcoming credits to book classes before their next billing cycle hits. No more waiting for renewal — members stay engaged and your classes fill up further in advance.

- Improved check-in page — the class session view has been redesigned with cleaner status tabs, a live attendance counter, and your waitlist right inline. Managing a full class just got a lot smoother.
Streamlined Appointment Checkouts
Charging for appointments used to mean navigating away from what you were doing. Now you can collect payment with one click — right from the calendar, the appointment modal, or the manager view. Faster for your staff, less waiting for your clients.
Unified Semi-Private Appointment Card
Semi-private appointments now have a single, unified view. See all participants in one card rather than managing them separately — making it easier to check everyone in, collect payment, and keep things moving when you have a group coming in at once.
Customizable Class and Appointment Reminders
Create custom appointment reminders to go out to clients before a class or an appointment. Set the time before and what it says easily so everyone shows up ready to go.
