It’s been a big stretch of releases since our last update — and most of it comes straight from your feedback. Here’s what’s new with Zipper.
Meet Zippy — and no, it’s not a chatbot
Zippy is an AI-powered assistant built directly into Zipper — for you and your customers. On your dashboard, Zippy helps you find answers and take action faster.
On your website, Zippy acts as a smart front-desk agent, answering visitor questions about your classes, scheduling, and services — even when you’re not available. With our unified inbox, it can handle two-way SMS, phone calls, and more. Less time fielding routine questions, more time doing what you do best.
You can even ask Zippy to pull custom data and reports. Zippy is rolling out in beta — reach out to get early access.
Business Intelligence Dashboard
Stop guessing. The new BI Dashboard gives you AI-powered revenue projections, monthly goal tracking, and trend analysis — all based on your actual business data.
Set revenue targets, add supplemental income from cash or outside payment methods, and see where your business is headed with confidence intervals built in. It’s the strategic view your business has been missing.
Automation Templates
Automations just got a major upgrade. Choose from pre-built templates for common workflows — welcome sequences, follow-ups after a first class, re-engagement campaigns — and customize them to fit your business.
Or build your own from scratch using our visual flow builder, with support for email, SMS, push notifications, tagging, booking credits, conditional branching, and more. Set it once, and let it run.
Premium Email Templates
Create polished, professional emails without touching a line of code. The new visual email builder lets you drag and drop blocks, personalize with customer variables like name and booking details, and track opens and deliveries.
Clone your best-performing templates and reuse them across automations.
Google Calendar Integration
Two-way sync is here. Connect your Google Calendar and see your Zipper appointments and classes alongside everything else on your schedule.
Changes sync both directions — no more double-booking, no more switching between tabs. Each team member connects their own account, so everyone stays in control of their own calendar.
Member Self-Service: Pause & Cancel
Give your members the flexibility to pause or cancel their memberships on their own terms. They can pause for a set period, see how it affects their upcoming bookings, and resume when they’re ready.
You stay in control with configurable pause durations, optional pause fees, and full visibility into pause history. Less back-and-forth, happier members.
