Your account runs in its own isolated environment. Your assistant is scoped to your organization's data and nothing else — it can read your bookings, members, and numbers, but never another studio's, and never the open web. Card details are tokenized and handled by Stripe, a PCI-DSS Level 1 processor, so raw payment data never touches your assistant or the rest of your Zipper account. Everything is encrypted in transit and at rest, and your studio's data is never used to train shared or third-party models — what your assistant learns about your business stays inside your account.
